Theatre Bar: The Bar is open form 6.30pm to 11pm Monday to Saturday on performance nights. It will close at 10.30pm on Sunday evenings.
The bar is aso open Monday to Friday from 8.00pm to 11.00pm on non performance nights. Anyone is welcome.
Children
"Unaccompanied children of 12 years and over are welcome at most performances (except those with a recommended age restriction as indicated in the Phoenix brochure and other publicity). Please ensure that if children are attending without a parent/guardian that they have safe travel to and from the theatre. Children under the age of 12 MUST be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Attendance of children at performances with a recommended age restriction (both accompanied or unaccompanied) do so at the discretion of the parent/guardian."
Facilities for the disabled: We have space in our auditorium for wheelchair users, and ramped access to the theatre. Our Box Office will be happy to advise you if you require any questions about access.
An accessible toilet is available.
The theatre is also equipped with an infa-red hearing system. Headphones are issued at the Box Office free of charge. However, a refundable deposit may be charged.
Registerd assistance guide dogs are welcome and staff will be happy to provide dogs with water.
