The Phoenix Theatre is situated in Beaconsfield Street 5 minutes walk from the centre of Blyth. The bus station is 3 minutes walk away.

In Person: Bookings for most shows can be made over the counter during box office hours.
By Telephone: Please remeber to have your credit card details in front of you before your call.
By Post: Our postal address is as above. Please specify the show, the date and time of the performance along with the number of tickets you wish to buy. Cheques should be made payable to The Phoenix Theatre.
By Email: Reservations can be made by email. Please specify the show, date and time of performance along with the number of tickets you wish to buy. Please also leave your telephone number so our Box Office can contact you to confirm the booking.

You can book 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via our secure website. We are pleased to accept all major credit and debit cards. Online transactions will appear on your statement as Tickets.com. If you require a certain discount that is not available online please call the box office on 01670 367228. All tickets will be held for collection from Box Office. Please present a copy of your confirmation email and the card used for the booking, and suitable identification to show eligibility of any concessions.
Reservations
Reservations must be paid for within four days or by 8pm the Sunday prior to the show opening, whichever is the sooner. No reservations will be taken during the week of the performance
Refunds & Return Policy
Tickets may be exchanged for a different performance of the same show (plus £1 exchange fee per ticket). Tickets may not be returned or money refunded in any circumstances, unless the event is cancelled.
Discounts
Only one type of discount may be claimed per ticket. Please quote relevant student, pension or disabled number when booking.
