At present, we are only able to accept mastercard and visa debit and credit cards for online bookings. The transaction will appear on your statement as Tickets.com.
£1.50 fee per transaction online. If concessionary tickets are available and purchased online they will be held for collection from Box Office. Presentation of your confirmation email as proof of purchase will be requested for all tickets collected. Identification will be asked for to prove eligability for concession.

Payment: If you are booking by post, please note that the theatre will adjust the total figure if your calculations are incorrect. Reservations must be paid for within four days or by 8pm the Sunday prior to the show opening, whichever is the sooner. A postage charge of 50p will be added to all bookings sent. As a contribution to the costs of credit and debit card charges, there will be a £1.50 added to all card purchases. Credit card payment will not be accepted for transactions of less than £5.

Only one type of discount may be claimed per ticket. Please quote relevant student, pension or disabled number when booking.

Group Discount 20 or more - save 20% on each ticket.
Refunds & Return Tickets may be exchanged for a different performance of the same show (plus £1 exchange fee per ticket). Tickets may not be returned or money refunded .
